Kentucky, Lexington, City of Lexington, $1, May 24, 1837, payable at the Northern Bank of Kentucky, on the back is a nearly complete $1 note from Farmers and Mechanics Bank of Lexington which Haxby describes as "It is unclear whether this bank opened or had notes prepared.", two very rare notes for the price of one! Small piece out of left edge, good.
