[West Indies] Sugar, Molasses, Oolong [Tea]”, another small vignette at bottom shows three boxes with Chinese characters (tea), red tint at center shows obverse and reverse of Liberty Seated Dime, “Cents” has been crossed out and a “$” sign written in before this word and at upper left edge, the serial number and signature look like they were written at the same time, probably well after these notes were used during the Civil War period, “Cancelled” is written and stamped on back, very fine.
